Lying To Make Friends

I was flipping past Glenn Beck last night and stopped for a minute because he was drawing on a map of Israel with a red Sharpie, so I knew some really interesting connections were probably being made via the famous Glenn Diagram. But after about .2 seconds wherein GB summarized the problems of the middle east by drawing a red line across the middle of Israel and then scribbling on parts of the West Bank, I couldn’t take it any more. If only I had known that this was coming I would have stuck it out. Turns out, metaphors lie! Or something.
