While most of the attention is being focused on Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) shouting “You lie!” in the middle of President Obama’s address, I’m more amused by the dope the Honorable Louie Gohmert (R-TX) with the hand-drawn “What Bill?” sign sitting on his lap.
